What is your jewelry made from?
All of my jewelry is made from precious metals such as sterling silver, a few types of gold, and natural gemstones.
Does your jewelry tarnish?
Most of my jewelry is made from sterling silver, and because sterling silver has a minute amount of copper inside it it can and will darken over time. To avoid this, use a jewelry polishing cloth that can be found at any jewelry store or purchased in my shop to keep it shiny and polished anytime it becomes dull or darker than desired. Due to the use of natural stones in most of my jewelry, do NOT use store-bought jewelry cleaning solution to clean your purchase or you risk permanent damage to the gemstones.
Will you make me a custom order?

How long does it take to make these?
Each item is one of a kind and has varying complexity. The simplest can take an hour, the most complex can take weeks.
When will my order ship?
Any orders listed as “Ready to Ship” will generally be packed and shipped within 7 business days from the time of purchase except in cases of holidays in which it may take longer.
Orders marked “Made to Order” will be made and shipped within 2-3 weeks from the time of purchase. In some cases it may be longer if we are processing large order volumes.
If you need your orders by a specific timeframe, please order ahead by at least a few weeks to allow time for processing or shipping. If you would like an estimate of current processing times before you order, please feel free to contact us here and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
